Presentation of the getaway (about 2 hours of effective walking):
Departing from Pau center in a 9-seater minibus, embark on a unique and gentle experience with your guide and your yoga teacher.
The air of the mountain and its surrounding forests will accompany you throughout this pure moment of breathing and connection to the various surrounding elements.
The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the itinerary adaptable according to the temperature and individual needs. We will make sure that you come down refreshed, both by your walk and by this gift you are giving yourself by taking care of yourself...
About 2 hours of effective walking, plus 1 hour of yoga practice , elevation 160 meters, distance 6 km max, good physical condition required
Equipment to provide:
A thick fabric (bath towel/toilet, or other), hiking shoes, backpack, water bottle filled with water minimum 1L, hat/cap, and hiking stick(These elements will be loaned on site free of charge if absent or inadequate).
Also bring: Hot and cold weather clothing, waterproof clothing, 2 or 3 pairs of clean socks (including 1 thick one), sunscreen.

For this service, we take the bank imprint to validate the reservation, but the payment is made directly at the service, in cash as far as possible (amount divided between the guide and the yoga teacher).
Car access :parking place de Verdun (1 euro for half a day) ;
Access to the free COXITIS shuttle : ""Place Verdun Camou"" stop (the shuttle goes to ""Gare de Pau"" and ""Halles"" in particular.
Public toilets and cafes/restaurants are available near the meeting point.
