Tasting hike (2-hour walk) Jurançon: vineyards, panoramas, Saint-Faust

Presentation of the getaway (about 2 hours of effective walking):

Departing from Pau center in a 9-seater minibus, an immersion in the heart of the ""Jurançon AOC"" appellation: with this hike, feel an authentic local environment, made up of beautiful green hills where vineyards, fields and forests mingle .

The climbs will be softened by the foliage of the trees, the panoramas will delight your gaze, until you see the Pyrenees in the background, magnificent!

To delight our palates, I will take you next to an independent producer from Jurançon selected by me, who will do us the honor of tasting the fruit of his passionate and refreshing work !

A local fruit juice will be served to lovers of non-alcoholic drinks.

About 2 hours of effective walking , elevation 170 meters, distance 6.3 km max, good physical condition required.

Equipment to provide:

Hiking shoes, backpack, water bottle filled with water minimum 1L, hat/cap, and hiking stick (These elements will be loaned on site free of charge if absent or inadequate).

Also bring: Hot and cold weather clothing, waterproof clothing, 2 or 3 pairs of clean socks (including 1 thick one), sunscreen.

Pau Place de Verdun, Cours Camou, opposite Crédit Agricole

Car access : parking place de Verdun (1 euro for ½ day) ;

Access to the free COXITIS shuttle : ""Place Verdun Camou"" stop (the shuttle goes to ""Gare de Pau"" and ""Halles"" in particular.

Public toilets and cafes/restaurants are available near the meeting point.
